Emily Eisele

Emily Eisele is a Project Manager at Penn Health-Tech overseeing Health Tech Accelerator and Seed Grant portfolio teams. In this role, she provides guidance throughout the product development process, helping teams navigate challenges and achieve key project milestones and deliverables. Before joining Penn Health-Tech, Emily worked as an engineer in the musculoskeletal implant space, specializing in biomechanical cadaveric research and new product development. Her experience spans the product development process from benchtop testing through market launch.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with minors in Mechanical Engineering and Spanish from Widener University. Her education and industry experience gives her a strong engineering perspective on medicine and drives her passion for advancing healthcare through engineering and innovation.
