James Crowley

James Crowley is a Senior Managing Director and leads Accenture’s Industry Networks for North America. In this role he is responsible for Accenture’s 19 Industries, across all of Accenture’s Services and Market Units. James works with the Industry Network leaders to drive industry strategies, growth priorities, investments, solutions, partner ecosystems, marketing and market activation to deliver industry differentiation and growth. Additionally, James works to connect all of Accenture’s North America employees in the industries they serve and leads the 3,000 dedicated industry practitioners across consulting. James is a member of the North America Leadership Team and Accenture’s Global Leadership Council. James has 25 years of global advisory experience working with biopharmaceutical, retail and consumer goods and services companies across all aspects of their business. James advises clients on business strategies, customer strategies, commercial transformation, competitiveness, digital value realization, innovation, M&A and large-scale business transformation. James is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and serves on the Board of Advisors for Penn Libraries at the University of Pennsylvania. James is married with two children. He is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States.
