India Watson

India Watson is the Associate Director of Education and Operations at Penn Health-Tech, where she leads the center’s educational initiatives, including the Student Fellows Program and Health Tech Huddles. In this role, she designs and manages entrepreneurship-focused programs to educate the next generation of health technology innovators.

Before joining Penn Health-Tech, India worked with nonprofits in Philadelphia focused on entrepreneurship education, helping to equip aspiring innovators with the tools to turn their ideas into impactful ventures.

India holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Basis of Behavior with a minor in Urban Education from the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Education in Education Entrepreneurship at Penn’s Graduate School of Education. Passionate about leveraging entrepreneurship to solve real-world problems, India is dedicated to creating opportunities for future innovators at Penn and beyond.
