Dana Bahng is the Communications and Marketing Assistant for Penn Health-Tech, where she supports digital marketing and communication efforts, social media presence, and customer relationship management. She is a junior at Penn pursuing a B.A. in Cognitive Science with minors in Consumer Psychology and Design. Previously, Dana gained experience in the nonprofit sector as an intern, developing innovative marketing strategies for therapy and counseling services, outreach to underserved communities, and mental health education. She currently works as an undergraduate research assistant for the Center for Neuromodulation in Depression and Stress at the Perelman School of Medicine, assisting with subject recruitment for treatments targeting affective disorders and data management.
Her primary interests are in marketing strategy, UX/CX design, behavioral psychology, and applied research. In the future, Dana aspires to leverage her skills in both the marketing and research sectors to refine and enhance messaging in domains including public health, science communication, and social policy.
