Ashley Boenisch, MSN, RN, CMSRN

Ashley Boenisch MSN, RN, CMSRN is a Penn Health Tech Clinical Fellow and a Senior Clinical Manager for Heart and Vascular in ambulatory operations at Pennsylvania Hospital. Prior to her current nurse manager position, Ashley was a clinical nurse educator for inpatient critical care andmedical-surgical nursing units, as well as a practicing RN in cardiovascular surgery and in the cardiac catheterization lab. Her background encompasses comprehensive patient care delivery expertise from outpatient, inpatient and surgical practice settings. She has led various quality improvement initiatives to promote innovative solutions and leverage technologies based on evidenced based practices in the nursing sector. 
 
Ashley holds a bachelors degree in nursing and a masters degree in nursing education. She is currently enrolled in the Master in Healthcare Innovation (MHCI) program in the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She is excited about the opportunity to provide clinical expertise to drive innovative initiatives with the Penn Health Tech program.
