Through the Penn Health-Tech Pilot Award Program, we provide seed funding, project management support, and connections to subject matter experts to innovators across the University of Pennsylvania ecosystem. Penn Health-Tech maintains a portfolio of medical device and health technology development projects, moving them from the novel research and discovery phases through prototyping to proof of concept.

To participate in the Pilot Award Program, your proposal must be selected through:

(1) Our annual Joint Call for Proposals with the Penn Medicine Center for Health Care Innovation

(2) Off-Cycle Funding
