The StartUP Sprint is an immersive workshop series leading Penn inventors through essential elements of the Health-Tech entrepreneurial process culminating in an opportunity to present to industry leaders, clinical experts, and faculty for feedback and potential funding. The workshop series will run over the course of several months and include 6, 2-hour sessions lead by a subject matter expert. The first hour is a lecture that is open to Penn faculty, staff, and students, or CHOP employees.

PROGRAM SUMMARY
Hour One presents an overview of need validation and scoping out a one-year project plan. Selected PHT Pilot Award alumni will participate on a lessons learned panel.
Hour Two Teams will develop drafts of their project plan and milestones
